She\u2019s such a big part of our team and always gives 110% effort, and we can\u2019t wait to see what she does next.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shannon Gerspach &#8211; Crew<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cShannon deserves this award because she has broken many records on the team, she propels the women\u2019s team forward with her astounding resolve and caring attitude towards the ladies who pull the oars in the boats with her. She is a great person who puts in the work on and off the water. We love Shannon!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emma McEvoy &#8211; Equestrian<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEmma shows exceptional sportsmanship in and out of the ring. She is always the first one to step up and lend a hand when needed, even if she\u2019s not asked. Emma demonstrates leadership and professionalism, and shows up everyday with a smile and the ambition to win!
