Ultimately, I discovered that my passion was in Higher Education and assisting others in pursuing their career goals. After receiving my master&#8217;s degree, I worked at Roger Williams University where I taught career development courses and held one-on-one meetings to support students directly in achieving their professional aspirations. In 2018, I transitioned to URI as the Experiential Education Coordinator where I serve as the liaison between the College of Health Sciences and the Center for Career &amp; Experiential Education (CCEE). Here, I work to bridge industry and academia by supporting employers and faculty in creating career development initiatives that enhance the skills employers are seeking in graduates today.
