Students with 85+ credits will receive an email in early September of their senior year with information about the relevant graduation processes and deadlines. All courses should be accounted for.  Use your academic requirements page and the Course History section of eCampus as a guide,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Minor Form, if applicable, signed by the department chair or faculty advisor,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Curriculum Modification\/Course Substitution Form , if applicable, signed by the department chair or faculty advisor,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Biological Sciences Curriculum Modification Form, if applicable, for students in that department wishing to petition for undergraduate curricular modification.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n<section class=\"cl-wrapper cl-boxout-wrapper\"><div class=\"cl-boxout  fullwidth\">\n\n<p>2. <strong>Submit&nbsp;<\/strong>your application documents by October 1 (May and August) and April 1 (December graduation) by uploading the form below<\/p>\n\n<a class=\"cl-button  block-level prominent\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe06R2IlpAp9vs1J7RNH64ziAKD6sYUdhup4K6Rgj2mm326rw\/viewform?pli=1\" title=\"\">Submit your application<\/a>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<div class=\"fullwidth\">\n<p>3. <strong>Review&nbsp;<\/strong>your audit when you receive it via email to make sure you are taking all courses listed. Downloada copy of your audit to keep for your personal file. Modifications to your audit must be submitted in writing, via email, to your professional advisor. Significant modifications may require your faculty advisor\u2019s approval and signature.&nbsp;Bring a copy of your audit to all advisor meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Your professional advisor will work with you and your faculty advisor to clear up any outstanding issues that may hinder your graduation. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial aid<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Class year affects financial aid and loan repayment schedules, as well as billing and registration for the following semester. Students can lose their financial aid awards if their&nbsp;graduation date hasn\u2019t been changed on the e-Campus system. It\u2019s important that you tell us your plans&nbsp;because changes to a class year are done manually and are not automatically computer-generated.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If you will not be completing your graduation requirements in four years please turn in a&nbsp;change of graduation date form&nbsp;to 130 CBLS so we can change your class year.<\/p>\n\n<a class=\"cl-button  \" href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/registration-records\/graduation\/\" title=\"\">Graduation and Commencement<\/a>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"cl-tab \"><h1>CELS Undergraduate Certificates<\/h1>\n\n<p>&#8220;f you plan on completing your CELS Undergraduate Certificate(s) this academic year or have already completed your certificate(s), it is important to submit your completed application. Once your Undergraduate Certificate completion has been confirmed, a signed copy will be emailed to you. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>Please be sure to have your Undergraduate Certificate form signed by the appropriate program coordinator or department chair prior to submission. You will receive the CELS Dean&#8217;s signature once confirmed.
