Day-to-day IT Support<\/strong><\/td>Resolve IT problems with faculty and staff’s computer, printers and other associated peripherals.<\/td><\/tr>
New Faculty and Staff<\/strong><\/td>Assist with on-boarding of new faculty and staff which includes specification and deployment of their IT related equipment.<\/td><\/tr>
IT Purchases<\/strong><\/td>Consult on IT purchases for existing faculty and staff and assist with the deployment of new new equipment.<\/td><\/tr>
Need Reviews<\/strong><\/td>Provide scheduled IT needs reviews with faculty and staff either individually or in groups.<\/td><\/tr>
Network File Storage<\/strong><\/td>Manage the College’s network storage infrastructure.<\/td><\/tr>
Conference and Teaching Spaces<\/strong><\/td>Maintain the IT\/AV infrastructure in conference rooms and teaching spaces and consult on upgrades to those spaces.<\/td><\/tr>
Training<\/strong><\/td>Provide or arrange group and individual training on the various IT solutions that are available to faculty and staff in the collaborative.<\/td><\/tr>
Web Development<\/strong><\/td>Team members collaborate with the Communications staff on website development and management.<\/td><\/tr>
Hybrid Teaching & Meeting<\/strong><\/td>Manages the technology infrastructure to support the college’s hybrid teaching and meeting needs.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
