Designed to equip youth leaders, adult leaders, and volunteers with practical tools to strengthen their impact across 4-H clubs and communities, this energizing, collaborative workshop will focus on leadership development, skill building, and community connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where: The University of Rhode Island\u2019s East Farm<\/a> Activities will include record book training, exhibit hall judges training, team building activities, best practices for mentoring and club management, interactive leadership workshops, and networking with fellow 4-H members and volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Primarily designed for folks who are already involved with 4-H, interested members of the public are welcome to attend as space allows. The URI Cooperative Extension\u2019s 4-H Program<\/a> offers projects, events, and opportunities for children and teens ages 5 to 18, focusing on hands-on education to develop life skills that will serve them well as individuals and citizens. Children and teens can join community clubs, participate in after-school programs, or become individual members.
