Describe how to effectively recognize and respond to an opioid-involved breathing emergency, including considerations with xylazine and illicitly manufactured fentanyl<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">2. Counsel patients and caregivers on how to use unregulated substances more safely and where to find recovery resources<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">3.
