Chinese New Year Potluck on Saturday, Feb 24, 2018

Chinese New Year, also called Spring Festival, has more than 4,000 years of history. It is the grandest and the most important of all Chinese holidays for Chinese people in China and around the world. The URI Chinese Culture Club will hold its annual new year celebration in URI Multicultural Center on Saturday, February 24, 2018. This potluck-styled gathering will again be featured with lots of delicious food, various kids and adults performance, fun activities, friendship and laughter.

Though it is a potluck, all attendees, between age 10 and 70, are expected to not only bring food to share but also contribute $5 to help cover additional food and activity expenses. If you cannot bring food, you may pay $10 cash per attendee onsite. The event is free for kids under 10 and seniors over 70.

We are no longer accepting registration as we have reached room capacity for this event.
