Special Event Support Inquiry

If you are interested in hiring a CMA student tech to support your event, please fill out the fields below and a staff member will contact you for official booking confirmation.

The price for hiring a student tech is $15/hr.

Please plan on placing your event requests at least 2 weeks in advance. Short notice requests can often be supported, but advanced booking allows for the most effective support.

    Note: CMA prefers there to be ONE media point person who will be able to answer media preference questions and who the student tech will report to on the event day

    If multiple locations, please mention in the 'Additional Details' section.
    If 'Yes' please explain in detail below.

    CMA usually recommends at least 1hr for set-up. More advanced event formats may require longer set-up times.
