All undergraduate and graduate students who are eligible to participate in the URI Fall 2024 Commencement ceremony on December 14, 2024 at the Ryan Center, are encouraged to decorate their caps and show their creativity and win prizes in one of these three categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Rhody Pride<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- URI Affiliation (academic department, student group or organization, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Most Creative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nHow to Enter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Students can enter the cap contest by sharing photos of your decorated grad cap on Instagram using #MyURIcap<\/strong>, by direct messaging URI Instagram, or by emailing them to bcarty@uri.edu<\/a>. Be sure to include which category you\u2019re choosing. Submissions are due by Wednesday, Dec 11th<\/strong> at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Winners will be chosen by a URI selection committee and cap submissions will be shared on the University\u2019s social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
