The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that fall 2026 Commencement will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m.<\/strong> in the Thomas M. Ryan Center. All undergraduate and graduate students who complete their degree requirements by the end of the fall semester are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President Marc Parlange will preside over the ceremony, where degrees will be conferred. Participating graduates will have their names announced, cross the stage, and have professional photos taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To participate, registration is required by Oct. 21<\/strong>. The number of guest tickets allotted will be announced by Nov. 1 and will be based on the number of RSVPs and venue capacity. Graduates who register after the deadline will not be guaranteed guest tickets.<\/p>\n\n\nregister now<\/a>\n\n\n
