Once hot, add chili powder and turmeric and stir.<\/li>\n<li>Add sweet potatoes, toss, and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic, lemongrass paste or lemon juice, and salt, and cook for another 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add coconut milk and broth, and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer.
