Options for Reporting Sexual Misconduct<\/strong><\/a>
In all cases, the survivor of an assault will decide if, how, and\/or when they will report the assault. One option is to submit a Sexual Misconduct Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Title IX Office
<\/b><\/a>Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on the sex (gender) of employees and students of educational institutions that receive federal financial assistance. Title IX\u2019s prohibition of sex discrimination includes prohibition of sexual harassment and sexual violence.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n
