SJ&I Microcredential Module 4: Understanding and Combatting Microagressions

This module presents and discusses microaggressions, offering examples of inclusive language to combat microaggressions as a target or a bystander. The session will help participants to 1) understand microaggressions and how they differ from macroaggressions; 2) identify the manifestations and consequences of microaggressions; and 3) practice strategies for responding to microaggressions as a target or bystander.
