The program was created to serve all faculty, regardless of rank, discipline, gender, race, or career stage. The NCFDD is a nationally recognized, independent organization that provides online career development and mentoring resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our institutional membership will provide access for&nbsp;<em>all<\/em> University of Rhode Island faculty, postdoctoral scholars, and graduate students to utilize NCFDD\u2019s broad range of online virtual programs and resources,&nbsp;including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weekly<strong>&nbsp;Monday Motivator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly&nbsp;<strong>Core Curriculum Webinars<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly&nbsp;<strong>Guest Expert Webinars<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to&nbsp;<strong>Multi-Week Courses<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to\u00a0the <strong>Dissertation Success Curriculum<\/strong>\u00a0for graduate students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private&nbsp;<strong>Discussion Forum<\/strong>&nbsp;for peer-mentoring, problem-solving, &amp; moderated writing challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly accountability buddy matches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to&nbsp;<strong>14-Day Writing Challenges<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the&nbsp;<strong>Member Library<\/strong>, which includes past webinar materials, referrals, and readings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To unlock your&nbsp;free&nbsp;Institutional Membership, please complete the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/members.ncfdd.org\/institutions\/university-of-rhode-island\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201cUniversity of Rhode Island\u201d from the drop-down menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cActivate my Membership.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the registration form using your institutional email address (that email address&nbsp;<strong>must<\/strong>&nbsp;include @uri.edu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to your institution&#8217;s email to find a confirmation\/welcome email.
