Policy program at the University of Rhode Island?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Identify the key competencies you bring to the program.&nbsp; Describe how they will enhance your effectiveness as a leader.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reflect on your leadership qualities and identify areas where you seek to improve through this program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How do you plan to contribute to the educational community during and after completing this program?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Why do you believe you are a good fit for this program and the field of educational leadership?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two (2) letters of recommendation indicating leadership potential.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One letter should be from your principal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Leadership Dispositions Candidate Self Assessment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/graduate-school\/apply\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Completed Online Application via the URI Graduate School<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Application Fee<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Upon acceptance into the Educational Leadership &amp;
