You&#8217;ll generally have the same placement for the entire academic year.<\/p>\n<p>In the spring semester, you should begin to prepare for your teacher certification test. Prior to the semester in which you will student teach, URI requires you to <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1uVeYBm8HyJke1xOhZN_b27cND7dGAGM0\/view\">take a certification test<\/a> for the state in which you plan to teach and submit your score to your faculty advisor and the <a href=\"https:\/\/edu-web19.uri.edu\/fmi\/webd\/SOE%20Documents\">Office of Teacher Education<\/a>.
