{"id":5615,"date":"2019-09-17T13:24:08","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T17:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/education\/?p=5615"},"modified":"2019-09-18T15:36:26","modified_gmt":"2019-09-18T19:36:26","slug":"education-summit-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/education\/2019\/09\/17\/education-summit-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Education Summit 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Education Summit on Sept. 24-26, at the Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Education and Professional Studies, will examine formulating financial policy in light of research findings to maximize chances for school success.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Competing economic analyses have prompted generalizations about financial and human resource practices aimed to improve educational outcomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such generalizations suggest the need to improve administrative policies; classroom and curriculum content; fiscal and physical capacity; and teacher characteristics.
