Due to this risk, international and federal regulations require proper packaging, communication, handling, and stowage to prevent items from leaking, generating toxic fumes, starting a fire, or even exploding. Dry ice, biological samples, chemical samples and electronics containing batteries can all be&nbsp;dangerous&nbsp;goods.
