Our weekly meetings kept the team on track, and prevented us from diverting from our ABO, or becoming unmotivated from setbacks. Capstone provides real world experience that you do not get from the regular academic side of engineering. It made us come up with the project planning ourselves instead of being handed directions. Instead of just using the background of computer and electrical engineering, MES-OP is more used in a collaboration field of mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Between the excellent guidance from our Technical Directors, Dan and Brandon, and the passionate leadership of Dr. Sunak, the work experience we were able to achieve was extremely rewarding and valuable to our future endeavors.<\/p>\r\n
The biggest challenge Team Eagle-Li had to overcome was time management.
