Eligibility<\/strong>: 
IISE welcomes all undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in professional development and industry engagement. While the organization is primarily geared toward Industrial and Systems Engineering students, it is open to anyone looking to build their skills, expand their network, and explore opportunities in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission<\/strong>: 
The Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) is committed to helping students grow both professionally and academically by providing valuable industry connections, skill-building opportunities, and a supportive community. Through networking events, workshops, and mentorship, IISE equips students with the tools they need to succeed in industrial and systems engineering and beyond. Open to all students, regardless of major, the organization fosters a community to prepare members for their future careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IISE envisions a strong, well-connected community of students who want to enter the professional world with confidence. By creating opportunities for mentorship, career development, and industry engagement, the organization aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience.
