He started out in a more technical role as a senior vehicle engineer, where he was responsible for developing product requirements for the US market and working with the engineering teams in Germany to integrate these requirements into future models. He later moved into management positions, first as a technology and innovation marketing manager, then a product and launch manager, and finally as a sales performance manager. Following this, he transferred to BMW of NA\u2019s branch in PA, where he became the district sales and marketing manager.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eric completed the International Engineering Program at URI majoring in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mechanical engineering and German. He then went on to complete the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dual degree Master&#8217;s program focusing on automotive control systems.
