In this role, she leads a team of program managers responsible for overseeing sustainment contracts, focused on operational support and engine readiness, for the TF33 engine. Prior to joining military engines, Sarah spent over 17 years in various roles within operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began her career as a member of the Manufacturing Engineering Development (MED) Program at Pratt and Whitney, completing roles in both manufacturing and quality. Upon completion of the MED Program, she took roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, supply chain, and project management, including joining the Operations Leadership Program (OLP) at heritage United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Sarah has worked at both Pratt and Whitney and Collins Aerospace, in addition to other former UTC divisions. Her roles have taken an international focus whenever possible, working with suppliers, customers, and company sites located in Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and<br>Latin America over the span of her career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarah is a Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Lifetime member and currently holds a leadership role within the strategic body of the organization. She is also co-director of Camp Mujigae, a Korean heritage camp primarily serving the Korean adoptee community. Sarah earned her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University\u2019s Tepper School of Business. She is a graduate of the International Engineering Program at the University of Rhode Island, earning both a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in French.
