{"id":17927,"date":"2016-04-14T11:57:08","date_gmt":"2016-04-14T15:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/news\/wordpress\/?page_id=17927"},"modified":"2024-07-08T15:49:31","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T19:49:31","slug":"photography-and-videography","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/external-relations\/photography-and-videography\/","title":{"rendered":"Photography and Videography"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photography<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After you have reviewed the URI photos available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/123450604@N07\/albums\">Flickr<\/a>, you may decide that custom photography would better meet your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">URI Staff Photographer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The University has one staff photographer whose photo assignments focus on University priorities by providing images that relate to <a href=\"http:\/\/web.uri.edu\/president\/strategic-plan\">Focus URI: Strategic Plan 2023-2033<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/diversity\/about\">Community Equity and Diversity Strategic Plan<\/a>. <em>The URI staff photographer is not available for staff and faculty headshots.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Freelance Photographers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the staff photographer is unavailable, the state\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridop.ri.gov\/contract-board\/\">contract board<\/a> allows you to seek bids from freelance photographers. When possible, seek a minimum of three bids per project. Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridop.ri.gov\/agency-resources\/how-to-guides.php\">how-to guides<\/a> for specifics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requesting Photography<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To request photography, please complete the following form.
