Planning and Real Estate Development<\/h2>

Building, landscape, space planning, new building design, and major improvements.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Capital Projects<\/h2>

Capital projects oversight and delivery from construction bidding through construction delivery and commissioning.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Small Projects<\/h2>

Management of minor renovations and campus improvements from design through project completion.

Facilities Operations<\/h2>

Operation and maintenance of the University’s buildings, landscape and grounds, and utility infrastructure.

Business Office<\/h2>

The Business Office is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the Facilities Group.

Vehicle Fleet<\/h2>

Fleet Operations provides reliable transportation solutions to support the campus community.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these areas of responsibility, the Office of the Assistant Vice President has principal responsibility for capital construction financing, real estate management and property and business-related contracts, liaison with federal, state, and municipal agencies, and many business and operational approval processes through the Board of Trustees and the State executive and legislative branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
