The Business Office, Facilities Group is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the Facilities Group, including departmental as well as project budgets and funding. The funding sources include, but are not limited to, general operating, overhead, sponsored research administration, RICAP, General Obligation bonds, and Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation bonds. We ensure compliance with RI State and other funding source rules and regulations, and monitor project and fund spend progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chief Business Officer (CBO) assists and advises the Associate Vice President (AVP), Facilities Group on all matters related to Facilities Group administration, personnel, finance, business management, strategic planning, initiatives, and policies. The CBO oversees the Director, Project Finance and Administration and the business office team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Director, Project F&A\u2019s and her team is responsible for the processing, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting on all Facilities Group capital project budgets and funding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
