Alton Jones Campus for more than one semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty and Staff<\/strong> \u2013 Submit a space request to the University\u2019s Space Allocation Committee through <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/planning\/campus-planning-design\/space\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Spatial Services<\/a>. If the space request is approved, review your planned research or instructional activities with the University <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/riskmanagement\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Risk Control and Insurance<\/a> office before requesting access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>University Affiliate<\/strong> (with University Employee ID) \u2013 Complete a Facilities Use or Access Agreement with the University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/planning\/campus-planning-design\/contact\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Planning and Real Estate Development<\/a> before requesting access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong> (without University Employee ID) \u2013 Complete a Facilities Use or Access Agreement with the University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/planning\/campus-planning-design\/contact\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Planning and Real Estate Development<\/a> before requesting access.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following steps must be completed first if you are requesting access to the W.
