The Control Center provides a single focal point for day-to-day facilities issues. This includes customer inquiries regarding service calls, work orders and information relating to all utility systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Off Hour Emergencies<\/h1>\n\n

During non-business hours, please contact the URI Police Department at 401.874.4910<\/strong>. The Police will contact the appropriate Facilities Operations staff to respond to the emergency. Our current business hours are Monday \u2013 Friday, 7:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n

To request work from any Facilities Operations department, use the form above, or call the Control Center at 401.874.4060.<\/strong> You can also email the Control Center at mcc@etal.uri.edu<\/strong><\/a>. Non-emergency work or a request for an estimate work should be submitted on the Work Order Request Form<\/a>. This form is received by the Control Center who then will triage the request and submit the work order into our work order system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Utility Outage Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All utility outage notifications are distributed to campus contacts by the Control Center. Outages that affect the entire campus may need to be distributed through URI’s External Relations and Communications department. All planned and scheduled outages must have a corresponding outage notification form filled out and be approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
