Financial aid records are protected in accordance with<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.ed.gov\/policy\/gen\/guid\/fpco\/ferpa\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)<\/a>, as amended. If, for some reason, one or both of these conditions are not met, it might become necessary to withdraw or alter the aid offer.
