For complete instructions, visit the e-Campus Financials Lab <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/controller\/peoplesoft-financials\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/controller\/peoplesoft-financials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IFT Signature Authorization Forms for new Chartfield Strings on all funds <strong>except Fund 500<\/strong>* are created by the Financial Strategy &amp; Planning (FSP) office. IFT Forms for new CFS should accompany a Chartfield Request Form and any other required documentation. Once the IFT Signature Authorization is created in e-Campus Financials, future updates will be done online by the department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exceptions include<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fund 401<\/strong>: Requests for new CFS in Fund 401 must first be approved by the Foundation, and are then created in e-Campus by the Financial Strategy &amp; Planning office. All 401 CFS paperwork should first be sent to the Foundation, who will then forward to FSP for creation in e-Campus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fund 900<\/strong>: Requests for new CFS in Fund 900 must first be approved by the Controller via the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/fsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1844\/Agency-Fund-900-Request-Form-03.30.2020.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/fsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1844\/Agency-Fund-900-Request-Form-03.30.2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fund 900 Approval Request Form<\/a>.
