Supporting Equitable Science Instruction<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Equity for all students in science education is a core value of the GEMS-Net partnership. GEMS-Net ensures all teachers receive support in using equitable teaching practices. Every student\u2019s prior knowledge and new ideas are needed to move science thinking forward. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GEMS-Net connects its programming to local spaces and communities with the goal of ensuring scientific learning is relevant to students’ lives.<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By providing opportunities for students to explore a variety of STEM college and career pathways at an early age, the GEMS-Net team strives to inspire the next generation to contribute to their communities and beyond.
