Biography

Katie is a junior Communication Studies major with a double minor in Art and Gender & Women’s Studies. She has also been named as an Innaugural Obama-Chesky Voyager Scholar, a program which will help support her passions for LGBTQ+ and feminist education. She plans to continue pursuing advocacy throughout her life by educating broad populations about LGBTQ+ issues. She can be spotted around campus by her campy wardrobe, and in her free time can be found reading essays, sewing her own clothes, and making food for friends.
