Biography

Manuela Vadis, serves as the Coordinator of the Gender and Sexuality Center, where she is the lead in facilitating Safe Zone Training, along with educational programming and outreach activities. Manuela is a triple URI alum, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies, Master of Business Administration, and  Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in College Student Personnel. Manuela is passionate about using assessment strategies to assess higher education best practices for utilizing a holistic approach to campus programming to develop learning outcomes and strategies centered around providing support to students through a lens that is inclusive of their intersectional and multiple identities.
