As a part of this fellowship she will contribute directly to LIGO\/Virgo\/KAGRA&#8217;s upcoming fourth observing run, set to begin this spring and continue throughout the term of the fellowship. Aubrey&#8217;s work will involve gravitational wave analysis of gamma-ray bursts observed by electromagnetic observatories such as NASA&#8217;s Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope and NASA&#8217;s Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory. And this fellowship will grant her the academic freedom to participate cutting-edge gravitational wave science as it&#8217;s happening \u2013 in real time.
