Here, artists and students showcase their work, creating a unique environment where the fusion of art and science deepens emotional engagement and enhances holistic learning. The visual richness of the space enhances the experience of hundreds of visiting guests year-round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Studio is located in the Coastal Institute Building and coordinated by a committee of volunteers representing ocean and coastal educational groups at the University of Rhode Island, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>URI Coastal Institute:<\/strong>&nbsp;Amber Neville, Jackie Witterschein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URI Graduate School of Oceanography:<\/strong>&nbsp;Peter Hanlon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URI Department of Ocean Engineering:<\/strong>&nbsp;Jason Noel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coastal Resources Center:<\/strong>&nbsp;Sarah Gaines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URI Inner Space Center:<\/strong>&nbsp;Alex DeCiccio, Patrick Flanagan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rhode Island Sea Grant:<\/strong>&nbsp;Monica Allard-Cox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URI Office of Small Projects: <\/strong>Jenny Baccari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URI Creative Services:<\/strong> Susan Sancomb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These volunteers ensure the continued success and vibrancy of Studio Blue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Studio Blue Exhibit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>The Little Things: Exploring Nature&#8217;s Mirrored&nbsp;Microscopic&nbsp;Morphologies<\/em>, is a gallery of scientific images curated by GSO Ph.D. student Alyssa Tsukada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collection of scientific images compares morphologies in nature across scales. The show demonstrates the wonders of the microscopic world while bringing attention to how and why scientific images are taken, and the many forms science communication can take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The show will be open to the public for viewing weekdays from May 13th &#8211; August 17th.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure
