{"id":1013,"date":"2014-07-31T19:54:02","date_gmt":"2014-07-31T19:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gso.uri.edu\/?p=1013"},"modified":"2014-07-31T19:54:02","modified_gmt":"2014-07-31T19:54:02","slug":"request-for-proposals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/gso\/uncategorized\/request-for-proposals\/","title":{"rendered":"Request for Proposals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rhode Island Endeavor Program (RIEP) &#8211; Call for Proposals<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/916\/RIEP_cruise_proposal_form.docx\"><b>Download RIEP Cruise Proposal Form (.docx)<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cruise details<\/strong>: The following information is provided to assist with proposal preparation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Particular emphasis will be placed on the likelihood of using state support to leverage external funding;<\/li>\n<li>For GSO cruises, $500.00 per day is available for miscellaneous expenses; and<\/li>\n<li>Cruises of up to six days in duration will be considered for scientific, educational, outreach or combinations thereof.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Proposal Format:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Proposals must be no longer than seven pages, including figures, tables, and a brief CV of the lead proposer. Please submit your proposals as a .pdf file using the Proposal Format for RIEP Cruises on Endeavor available on the GSO website at <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/gso\/ri-endeavor-program\/\">https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/gso\/ri-endeavor-program\/<\/a>.
