The path for how she got there winds through various field work opportunities and the desire to continually contribute to research even when she isn&#8217;t collecting the data herself. Sarah&#8217;s first time at GSO was as a 2007 SURFO student. After many exciting experiences around the world she came back to GSO to work towards her M.S. with GSO professor Steven Carey (himself a GSO alum).
