The Harrington School’s Social Media Agency is a team of student interns that works with communications professionals to create social <\/span>and other multimedia content. The agency guides the social media presence for the Harrington School and the College of Arts and Sciences, and handles marketing projects for <\/span><\/span>entities throughout the university. Along the way, students learn the best practices in content creation, messaging, and strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The agency fosters a collaborative environment, helping interns to develop skills applicable to all six Harrington majors. Interns work across all major platforms and learn all aspects of social media, from producing engaging visuals and copy to tracking analytics and spotting trends.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through hands-on practice with industry-standard equipment and processes, the Social Media Agency prepares the next generation of content creators and social media professionals for their future careers. Alums have gone on to become account executives, content creators, media coordinators, advertising strategists, and more. From curating an effective Instagram feed to engaging audiences on TikTok, we help students develop the skills essential in any digital marketing or communications career.<\/span><\/p>\n
