An advisor from the History Department must sign this form before you take it to the dean&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deadlines for these forms are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>October 1 for May graduation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>April 1 for August graduation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 1 for December graduation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are graduating with a double major, you must file two intent to graduate forms, one for each major. You will need to see an advisor in the other major as well as an advisor in history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All forms are available on line at <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/artsci\/forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">College of Arts and Sciences forms<\/a> or in the History Department&#8217;s main office, Washburn 113.
