The Union Express is located on the first floor of The Memorial Union. All resident students are assigned a unit (box) number. Students in Greek Housing are unable to receive mail at the Union Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Union Express student employees log packages throughout the day from the different carriers. You will receive an email from mailroom@etal.uri.edu<\/a> when your package\/mail has been processed and ready for pick up. Please wait for our email<\/em> confirming it’s ready, not the carriers! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you arrive for your package\/mail pick up please swipe your URI ID at the KIOSK and we will retrieve your items, call your name and have you show us your ID at the counter for your package\/mail checkout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have any questions when at the counter feel free to ask at that time, there will be an employee available to help.
