To learn more about the different types of Lockers, go to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/help\/customer\/display.html?&amp;nodeId=GXCWH4CXLKJD8Z52\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amazon Locker<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"TASK_6839CACF26FF481A8F0E1BFCA49A2E8A__GUID-642C7332-F65C-4E9B-8F95-3002C96A5E56\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"TASK_6C06C04A7D5C424EABDCDD0A07C3CFD7__GUID-02A7E63F-DC7E-4D21-B076-E82434E97C76\">Amazon Locker with Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"TASK_6C06C04A7D5C424EABDCDD0A07C3CFD7__STEPS_E34468319438495CBCC705DCF95062D2\">\n<li>Open your delivery confirmation email or go to the Track Package page in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/css\/order-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Your Orders<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the 6-digit pick up code and barcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your pickup code on the touch-screen display or scan the bar code using the Locker scanner. The scanner is located directly beneath the touch screen of the Locker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The correct Locker slot will open and you can take out your package<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"TASK_00020A371EDB4D1AA8AF8907BBD3BBE6__GUID-BB69B2B1-1BC3-40BD-B35C-AF5C109E28F3\">Amazon Locker without a Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"TASK_00020A371EDB4D1AA8AF8907BBD3BBE6__STEPS_CD56CD50C00D484B94F0327EEEEAF253\">\n<li>To allow the Locker Connection, activate Location and Bluetooth on your Smartphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open your delivery confirmation email and select&nbsp;<strong>Start Pickup<\/strong>&nbsp;or go to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/css\/order-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Your Orders<\/a>&nbsp;in the Amazon Shopping App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Track Package<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To connect to the Locker, select&nbsp;<strong>Start Pickup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you&#8217;re connected, select&nbsp;<strong>Open Locker<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The connect Locker slot will open and you can take out your package.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To pick up your package, carefully read the instructions provided in your confirmation email. If you don&#8217;t collect your package within three calendar days after delivery. the package is returned to Amazon. For more information about that are returned as undeliverable, visit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/help\/customer\/display.html?&amp;nodeId=GCC7G9HKYQBZT5FX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Undeliverable Packages<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"TASK_00020A371EDB4D1AA8AF8907BBD3BBE6__UL_7D4A28550F554E1AA8A38CD6ADE0AD20\">\n<li>If you want someone else to pick up your package, simply forward them the delivery confirmation email. There they will find the pickup code or the Start Pickup button. For smartphone Lockers, they will need a smartphone with Bluetooth connection and the latest version of the Amazon Shopping App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Amazon Apartment Lockers, your package remains in the compartment until emptied by the Property Manager to make space for new deliveries.
