Personal Statement Section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 500 words or less, we want to be introduced to who you are as a
candidate. In your statement, be sure to include a thoughtful response as
to why you want to be an RA. Identify 3 skills and\/or experiences you have
that will help you succeed in this position and include examples for each.
Overall, your personal statement should speak to what makes you a solid

Think about communities or groups you\u2019ve been a part of. These might
include your residence hall community, a student organization, athletic
