To request repairs, <strong>submit a work order through URI MyHousing<\/strong> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Timelines &amp; Priorities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Urgent issues<\/strong> (no heat, lack of water, lock concerns, etc.) are prioritized for immediate attention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other requests are addressed based on severity and urgency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitting a <strong>work order through URI MyHousing<\/strong> ensures the fastest response, as our HRL Residential Facilities team is automatically notified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After-Hours Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Living on campus is a <strong>24\/7 experience<\/strong>, and we\u2019re here to support you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>After 4:30 PM:<\/strong> Submit a work order in <strong>URI MyHousing<\/strong> and call <strong>Public Safety\u2019s non-emergency line at (401) 874-4910<\/strong> if the issue is urgent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While not all after-hours requests are addressed immediately, <strong>HRL Residential Facilities and Facilities Operations have on-call staff for emergencies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Checking the Status of a Work Order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your <strong>Graduate Hall Director or Hall Director<\/strong> is a great first point of contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For further assistance, call the <strong>Control Center at (401) 874-4060<\/strong> to speak with a Facilities Operations representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By reporting issues quickly and using the proper channels, we can ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.
