What I enjoy most is their focus on creating more outlets for mindfulness. The Alumni Foundation Article quoted, “The new state of the art fitness and wellness center will help URI students keep their bodies healthy while they exercise their minds in the classroom,” said Bill Hatfield, Rhode Island president, Bank of America.Their mind/body study holds some of my favorite classes like Barre, Yoga, Pilates. They also run programs on wellness like self-care night, reiki demos, and a meditation room available for students to take a break during the day.

Most group ex classes I take out of anna Fascitelli because of the locational convenience. It also has a great locker room for commuters like me to take advantage of, including locker, changing rooms, bathrooms and showers.

For nearly 10 years, Anna Fascitelli has been a great hub for students to go for physical and mental health outlets, and to learn more about how to balance health and school.

Hello there!
