Accessibility Feedback for Sakai Course Content
Thank you for your help making Sakai course content more accessible. This form should be used by URI students, faculty, or staff when they encounter content in Sakai that does not meet WCAG 2.0 level AA web accessibility standards. Upon submission, the site owner will be contacted by a member of URI ITS to assist with making the content more accessible for site members.

Your submission will be shared with Disability Student Services, Information Technology Services, as well as the instructor of record in the course. After the review period, you will receive an email with additional information about the steps taken in response to your submission.
