Rhode Island Premiere of Silence on the Streets<\/em> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The signature event of the 30th Anniversary celebration of URI’s John Hazen White Sr. Center for Ethics and Public Service will be the Rhode Island premiere of the award-winning documentary \u201cSilence on the Streets\u201d on Thursday, Nov. 6 in Edwards Auditorium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This film examines the impact of the illicit opioid crisis on urban and vulnerable communities. It represents a unique public service partnership among creative artists, public health professionals, and law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:30 p.m. – Doors open and light refreshments served
5:15 p.m. – Panel discussion
6:00 p.m. – Film screening
7:30 p.m. – Q&A session<\/p>\n\n\n\n
