I also have always been interested in the field of\u00a0exercise physiology.<\/p>\n<h2>What has been the best part of being a part of the Department of Kinesiology at URI<\/h2>\n<p>Having many opportunities to assist with research and collaborate with professors\u00a0in the department. Being a graduate assistant while completing my Mater degree.<\/p>\n<h2>What advice would you like to give to students considering the graduate program in Kinesiology<\/h2>\n<p>Take a look at the Kinesiology website to get an idea of the curriculum,\u00a0facilities, and people in the program, and to get an idea of what path you would be\u00a0interested in for fulfilling the degree requirement. Also, being proactive and asking\u00a0any questions you may have about the graduate program.<\/p>\n<h2>What is next for you<\/h2>\n<p>I accepted an exercise physiologist position at New Horizon\u00a0Medical LLC, an obesity treatment facility, in Norwood, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jane Baruch is graduating this May from URI with  a Master&#8217;s degree in Exercise Science.
