As a result, each organization will have a unique experience when working with Student Organization Leadership Consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retreats are free to Senate-recognized groups.&nbsp; Non-recognized groups can receive SOLC services, but are responsible for 50% of the cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization advisors are encouraged to participate in the planning process, as well as to attend scheduled retreats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><thead><tr><th>Retreats<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Communication<br>Conflict Resolution<br>New Membership<br>Team Building<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><thead><tr><th>Workshops<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Transition<br>Leadership<br>Language\/communication<br>Inclusivity\/diversity<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that SOLC requires a&nbsp;<strong>minimum of 2 weeks advance notice<\/strong>&nbsp;for retreat requests.
