The SLRC is home to one of the foremost graduate programs in labor relations and human resources in the United States. We offer a Master of Science degree with a specialization in either labor relations or human resources. In addition to the MS program, we offer graduate professional certificates in Labor Relations and Human Resources.  We also offer a dual M.S./J.D. with Roger Williams University School of Law.

In addition, the SLRC administers an interdepartmental undergraduate minor in Work, Labor, and Social Justice.
