This page provides current updates about project status, parking impacts, loading dock access, building access, entrance changes, safety measures, and phase-by-phase construction activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and cooperation while this important renovation work is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Latest Update: Phases 3-5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next two weeks, roof replacement work will continue at the Memorial Union. Building users and visitors should continue to expect temporary parking, access, loading dock, and entrance impacts around the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking behind the Memorial Union remains closed, except for the upper tiers of the 45-minute visitor\/customer lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The loading dock remains open; however, roofing work will be in progress over the dock area during the current week and weeks ahead. Access to the loading dock area will be reduced, but a full closure of the dock is not expected at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loading dock door access is available after 2:30 p.m. daily and on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sliding back doors will be open during regular business hours to allow for entry and exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cones, barriers, fencing, and signage will remain in place throughout the project for safety and wayfinding. All exits remain available in case of an actual emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please see the blue highlighted areas on the Phase 3, Phase 4, and Phase 5 images for updated door closure and access-impact areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Access and Parking Impacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking behind the Memorial Union remains closed, except for the upper tiers of the 45-minute visitor\/customer lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visitors, customers, departments, tenants, and building partners who need parking accommodations should contact Melissa or Olavo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loading Dock<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The loading dock remains open, but roofing work is now affecting the loading dock area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to the loading dock area will be reduced while roofing work is in progress over the dock area.
