Join us for a public lecture and book-signing by author Richard Louv <\/b>on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 5 p.m. in URI’s Edwards Auditorium, 64 Upper College Road in Kingston, RI.<\/p>\n

Louv’s books offer “a dose of pure inspiration, reminding us that looking up at the stars or taking a walk in the woods is as exhilarating as it is essential, at any age.”<\/p>\n

Recipient of the Audubon Medal and author of the national bestseller, Last Child in the Woods<\/i>, his books have been translated and published in 24 countries, and have helped launch an international movement to connect children, families and communities to nature. He is co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Children & Nature Network, an organization that helps build the movement.<\/p>\n

Book sales of Last Child in the Woods <\/i>and The Nature Principle<\/i> and book-signing to follow the lecture.<\/p>\n
